About Firehole Photography

We’re Michael and Juli Bull - two photographers with a shared love for wild places, long roads, soft light, and the occasional wildlife standoff.

Our work is mostly rooted in the American West, but we’ve also followed our curiosity across Canada and Europe. Whether we’re chasing fog in Yellowstone or reflections in Bruges, we’re drawn to images that feel honest, quiet, and a little timeless.

Firehole Photography is equal parts instinct and intention. We lean into minimalism, story, and mood over flash. Our collections reflect the stillness, space, and small moments that often go unnoticed - the ones worth slowing down for.
